About Me

My name is Kaylin and I am from a small town in Alabama. I have been traveling abroad since I was 19 (2008), when I took my first overseas trip to study abroad in Paris.
Ever since, I have been in love with traveling! The following year, I had the opportunity to study and practice archaeology with a National Science Foundation grant in Fiji.
In 2010, I took my first backpacking trip solo, to England, Scotland, and Wales.
In 2011, I pack up my things and moved to South Korea to teach English for a year.
While there, I had the opportunity to visit Thailand, Cambodia, and Japan as well.
And now, I am currently in Normandy, France, for 7 months, also teaching English.
I will be here until the end of April. And then...? Follow me on my journey to find out where I'm headed next!
